At what time is check-in and check-out?
Check-in is at 3 pm and check-out is at 11 am.
Myrtle Beach apartments have a 4 pm Check-in time.
Can I request an early check-in or late check-out?
Early check in and late check out requests are subject to availability. You may submit your request and we will inform you as soon as possible.
What is the cancellation policy?
- If you wish to cancel a Reservation you will be able to do so by providing us with a cancellation notice via e-mail.
- You will be entitled for a full refund of the Base Fees if your cancellation request is made within forty-eight (48) hours after our Confirmation Notice. If you cancel within five days of your check in date, the first night is not refundable, but 50% of the nightly rate for the remaining nights will be refunded.
- If you arrive and decide to leave early, 50% of the nightly rate for the nights not spent 24 hours after the cancellation notice is received by us, will be refunded.
- If you repeatedly cancel reservations that were confirmed by us, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Services at our sole discretion.
Are the kitchens in the apartments fully equipped?
All Viagem apartment kitchens are always fully equipped with the essentials you will need for your convenience.
Is smoking allowed in the apartments?
Viagem has a strict no smoking policy for all apartments. Anyone in violation of this policy is subject to a $500 smoking fee.
Who should I contact with any questions / issues about my apartment?
Viagem offers a 24/7 contact center ready to help via sms/email.
Is free WIFI available in the apartments?
All Viagem apartments offer free WIFI. Your Check In instructions will provide you with information on how to connect.
What should I do if I left something in my apartment after I checked out?
Please notify our contact center right away and we will reach out to our ground team on your behalf. If the item is found, we will be happy to hold it for you or ship it to your address of choice at the expense of the guest.
Can I bring my pet with me?
While we do love animals, at this time, we do not offer pet friendly apartments.
